The problem

Most partner programs don’t have a partner problem.

They have a management problem.

The program looks fine from the outside. You have partners. They’re technically active. Revenue trickles in.

  • The numbers don’t compound.
  • The top partners carry everything.
  • The recruitment funnel feels like guesswork.

That’s not a partner problem. It’s a signal that the program needs a real look from someone who has run one before.

A partner list is a spreadsheet. A partner program is a system.

Who it’s for

This is for you if…

Brands running their own program, and agencies managing programs for clients.

  • You have an existing affiliate or partner program that has plateaued or stalled.

  • You’re unsure whether your current partners, tools, or processes are actually right for your stage.

  • You manage partner programs for clients and want a clear picture of where each program actually stands.

  • You’re heading into Q1 planning and want to know what the program needs before the budget conversations start.

What you get

Here’s what a Free Program Audit includes.

A conversation, then a document. No filler. No 40 page deck.

Call
Part one

A 45 minute strategy call

With a Chief of Chaos expert. We ask specific questions about your program structure, your recruitment approach, your activation process, and your current results. You talk. We listen. We take notes.

Brief
Part two

A written findings brief

Delivered within five business days. It covers what your program does well, where it’s losing ground, and the one or two structural changes most likely to move the needle.

That’s it. No sales pitch at the end of the call. If working together makes sense after the audit, we’ll say so plainly and you can decide.

How it works

Three steps from here to your findings brief.

Nothing to prepare, nothing to sign.

1

Fill out the short form

Tell us a bit about your program: who you are, what platform you’re on, and what you think the biggest challenge is right now.

2

We schedule a 45 minute call

One of our program experts walks you through the audit questions. Come with numbers if you have them. We’ll work with whatever you have.

3

You receive your findings brief

Plain language. Specific to your program. Actionable by your team.

Questions

Fair things to ask.

What is the catch?

There isn’t one. We spend time on your program because reading a program is the only honest way to know whether we can help, and because a brand that gets one useful document from us tends to come back. You’re free to take the brief and act on it yourself.

Do I have to hire you afterwards?

No. If working together makes sense after the audit, we’ll say so plainly and you can decide. That is a separate conversation, and it happens after the brief, not inside the call.

We manage programs for clients. Does this work for agencies?

Yes. Request one audit per client program you want a clear read on. Many agencies use it to get an outside picture of where a program stands before proposing new strategy.

We don’t have a program running yet. Still worth it?

An audit reads something that already exists, so probably not yet. Tell us anyway on the form and we’ll say honestly whether there’s anything here for you at this stage.

What should I bring to the call?

Whatever you have. Partner performance for the last year, your recruitment process, your activation steps. If you don’t have numbers, that’s useful information too, and we’ll work from the conversation.

Who sees our data?

The people doing the review and no one else. Nothing about your program is used as an example anywhere without your written permission.
